Evaporator muller adalah sebuah alat yang berfungsi mengubah sebagian atau keseluruhan sebuah pelarut dari sebuah larutan dari bentuk cair menjadi uap. Evaporator mempunyai dua prinsip dasar, untuk menukar panas dan untuk memisahkan uap yang terbentuk dari cairan.
